a) Account data (via Clerk and Supabase)
Email address, login timestamp and session information. Clerk handles authentication, Supabase stores account data. Used for account management and service-related communication.
b) Payment data (via Paddle)
Paddle is the Merchant of Record — they process payments, issue invoices and handle VAT. We do not see or store your card details. From Paddle we receive only the licence status and purchase date.
c) Website analytics (via Google Analytics)
We collect anonymous data about website visits: page views, session duration, country, browser. Google Analytics uses cookies. You may opt out via browser settings or using Google Analytics Opt-out.
d) Usage data (via Paddle and Clerk)
Login history, licence activation events. Used for security and support purposes.
e) Device identifier
A one-way hash of the computer's platform identifier, together with the date it was last seen and, for team licences, which seat it holds. It exists to enforce the free trial and the two-device limit of a licence. The computer's name is never collected, and the hash cannot be turned back into a name, a serial number or a person. You can see the first eight characters of your own device's hash under Account → My devices, and remove a device there at any time.
f) Error diagnostics (via Sentry)
When something crashes, a technical report (stack trace, app version, operating system) is sent so the fault can be found. It carries no document content and no file names.
What is NOT collected: PDF file contents, drawings, comments, markups, file names or any other document information.
Account and licence data is stored by Supabase in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). Clerk (authentication), Sentry (error diagnostics) and Google Analytics may transfer data to the United States under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Paddle is registered in the United Kingdom and processes payment data as Merchant of Record. Your PDF files and drawings are never transferred anywhere — they stay on your computer.
